Kat has trained at the world famous Shepperton Film Studios in the UK. There she covered everything from standard television makeup, cuts, wounds, bruising and ageing to costume makeup. These wonderful special effect make up designs will add an exciting touch of realism to any production you are creating!

‘Making Up’ has become the subject of a number of short films directed and produced by Kat Gilbert, including a collborative work which debuted at the Wellington Fringe Film Festival, Paramount Theatre, New Zealand, and an exhibition piece ‘Dressed Up Illusions’ shown at the Modern Fuel Gallery, Ontario, Canada.
